How to order
HOW TO ORDER
A. Select the programs:
1. Log in with your order user-id
2. Navigate: select the category in the left column, and further the program (you may also use the Search facility to navigate)
3. Click Order
4. Update the Quantity, click Update
5. Select next category / product; Order, ...
6. When ready, click Next on the Basket page
B. Complete the Order:
7. Input Purchase Order Number
8. Details
- type any other order related data in the Details box
9. Select Delivery and payment: Enroll/Invoice
10. Accept T&C
11. Send
12. Order confirmation. You'll receive the order confirmation by email.
HOW TO FOLLOW_UP THE ORDERS
1) The status of orders
- Click 'your orders' (in the top of the page): you'll see the list of your orders
- the order status reflects the overall enrollment status of the Order (= Completed only after each participant has enrolled to (all parts of) the ordered programs)
2) The status of enrollments
- Log in with your enrollment user-id
- Click 'your orders' (in the top of the page): you'll see the list of the enrollment of each participant to the ordered courses
- the status reflects the delivery status of the enrollment (= Completed means the program access has been delivered to, or the eExam has been organised for the participant)
